Schedule the cleaning after contractors have completed their work, removed tools and construction materials, and finished major repairs or touch-ups. Cleaning too early can result in new dust and debris settling after the service.
We remove ordinary dust and small amounts of light debris associated with the agreed cleaning. Large construction materials, lumber, drywall, appliances, fixtures and heavy bags of debris must be removed by the contractor or a junk-removal company beforehand.
Minor spots may be addressed when they can be removed safely. Extensive paint overspray, hardened adhesive, grout haze, caulk or damage-related residue may require specialized treatment and is not automatically included. Some materials cannot be safely removed without damaging the surface.
Pricing depends on the property’s size, condition, amount of dust and residue, accessibility and requested cleaning scope. Photos or a walkthrough may be required before we provide an estimate.
