Flat-rate pricing is designed for standard move-out cleaning in normally maintained apartments.
Extremely heavy buildup, hoarding situations, biohazards, excessive trash, or unsafe conditions (including drug paraphernalia or animal waste) are not included in this service. If the apartment requires specialized remediation or unusually heavy cleaning, we will need to perform a walkthrough before confirming the job or pricing.
